Was there any child pornography?
There’s a very simple answer to that one: child pornography is illegal. Regardless of any child molestation charges, if he had been found to have porn involving minors he would have been arrested, charged and placed on the sex offender’s register, that simple.
Any of it homoerotic?
All of it was hetero (naked women, hetero sex) with some lesbian themed issues (the prosecution tried to refer to the lesbian issues as “gay” issues).
How do we know if they were his?
To begin with, he admitted that they were his:
The THRILLER singer’s attorney THOMAS MESEREAU told jurors his famous client had a healthy interest in adult females, on the second day of Jackson’s child molestation trial in Santa Maria.
Mesereau said, “Mr Jackson will tell you he found these kids going through his briefcase and he grabbed these magazines and locked them in this briefcase. “Mr Jackson will freely admit he does read girlie magazines PLAYBOY and HUSTLER, (but) absolutely denies showing them to children.”
Secondly, this is where the porn was found:
“To hammer home that point, [Ron Zonen] displayed pictures of [Jackson]’s Neverland porn stash. One photo showed a drawer where an issue of “Barely Legal” sat next to a jar of Vaseline.”
It was found in a box underneath his bed, in his nightstand, a briefcase in a closet under his bed, his den and next to a sink in his locked personal bathroom. All places which suggest they belonged to Michael Jackson.
I’ve heard that some of it was porn confiscated from his employees, or that it had been planted by the defense in order to make him look straight, or that it belonged to a guest staying with him?
None of that makes any logical sense.
Why would Michael keep confiscated porn with his things? Not only with his things, but keep it under his bed, in his nightstand, and locked in his bathroom? If the porn disgusted him so much that he had it confiscated, why not — and this is totally crazy and off the wall — throw it out?
Why were these supposed employees of his bringing porn into Neverland to begin with? Not just one or two recent issues, but issues dating all the way back to 1991? They couldn’t bear to part with certain copies and brought them along, with 74 other back issues? That’s some kind of homesickness.
If the porn had been planted by his defense team, why throw in porn dating back to 1991? Did they decide to throw in Plumpers, 44 Plus and Over 50 as a personal joke against Michael? If Michael had anticipated the raid, why had he been so upset that he trashed a hotel room on hearing that it was happening? He’d also been out of Neverland 3 weeks at the time.
And if it belonged to a guest, why was it amongst his things? Michael’s house was big enough that a guest could comfortably keep their homesickness briefcase of dozens of porn magazines in their own bedroom without it getting in the way of anyone else or needing to be looked after by Michael.
He fought against them being used in the court case because the defense believed it to be irrelevant and because Michael was obviously embarrassed. If he had planted them, why would he do that?
What about these fingerprints?
Another group of magazines contained only fingerprints of Jackson – 12 in all – and those included issues of Playboy and a publication called Visions of Fantasy, Sam and Jose’s Black Starlett.
What about Gavin’s fingerprints?
This is all anyone needs to know about Gavin’s fingerprints:
“I believe Tom Sneddon should be serving time in prison. You cannot falsify evidence and then just say “oh, we lost the case.” He had that boy put his hands on the magazine in front of the Grand Jury. And the reason we know that is because the alert Tom Mesereau, the defense attorney, got the jury transcript and one of the grand juror’s said, “shouldn’t that young boy be wearing gloves?” Then, after the Grand Jury, they sent it out for finger prints analysis. So when did the boy get his finger print on the magazine, when the boy testified that he hadn’t even been at Neverland for months when the magazine was published? Yet he claimed that was the magazine Michael Jackson gave him in bed. And Tom Sneddon directed all that testimony. “
Another piece of misinformation about this: I’ve heard fans say that this magazine was not found in the raid and was “planted” thus being an example of some of his porn being plants – this is not true. The magazine was Michael’s, it’s just that the Arviso’s had last been at Neverland in February and the magazine Gavin specifically recalled having been shown by Michael was an August issue so there had been no way Gavin would have been able to see or touch that issue when at Neverland.
And truly, if any porn had been planted by the prosecution… surely it would have been gay porn or any other kind of porn that would incriminate Michael? Why would lots of heterosexual and saphic porn bolster a case for pedophilia on young boys?
Couldn’t he have possibly searched for gay porn online and then deleted it afterwards in a fit of shame and disgust?
He clearly didn’t seem to have a problem with ordering porn catering to a non standard taste such as his Plumpers and Over 50, and being in the industry he was in and surrounded by lots of openly gay men and others who weren’t so open about it, he could easily have found methods of acquiring gay pornography if he’d desired it. He didn’t.
The FBI went through all the computers at Neverland and could find nothing. All the pornography on his computers was heterosexual. A lot of the pornographic imagery that was found on his computers was cached from 1998-2003. Meaning he had not emptied those caches or in any other way deleted these images during that time. In other words, if he’d been browsing gay porn it would have shown up somewhere on his computers. They looked for keyword searches to see if he’d been searching for anything like that or anything else suggestively incriminating, nothing.
He could still be gay though, right?????
Then you get the ridiculous arguments about there being men involved in straight porn and this was what he was getting off to… like I said, ridiculous. If a gay or bi man wants to get off he does not look up 1800 vaginas and their G spots. Just trust me on that.
So what does this say about Michael?
Well, to begin with, it can be said he was an equal opportunity lover. His porn included black women, chubby women, older women. The Asexual Brigade seem keen to point out that asexuals can also use porn so this doesn’t strictly mean he desired anyone sexually but I think that’s just another way to try and emasculate Michael and make it seem as though even if he had porn and he enjoyed it, he was still somehow incapable of having sex with women. If all this porn had been found in another male celebrity’s house, would people automatically assume that it wasn’t his, that he didn’t enjoy it and that he didn’t transfer this enjoyment out of the women in these magazines into the real world? Only with Michael do people want to entertain these possibilities.
These people seem keen to ignore the two articles Michael had (carefully cut out and kept) on the G-Spot. I can’t see any reason why a person would keep articles like that unless they were interested in pleasuring a woman and this was something that gave them pleasure. Unless, maybe he was just really into anatomy? Strictly female anatomy, mind…
His magazines dated all the way back to 1991, and based on his experiences with Playboy we know he’d purchased a few magazines before that. Porn mags are all pretty much the same, why have them collected over a period of 12 years? The type of porn people watch on a regular basis indicates their personal interests and Mike’s porn is pretty consistent.
Also, he married Debbie Rowe and is rumoured to have had affairs with many older women, isn’t it uncanny that his porn collection seems to mirror these sexual relationships? I mean, seriously, just check the porn he had during the time period that Debbie became pregnant with Prince.

The books involving young boys were totally legal and you can go and buy them yourself on Amazon. Other books included photographers who had worked with Michael in the past. The “Sexual Study Of Man” is from 1960 and is actually included as an art textbook in libraries. This was also the ONLY book to contain any homosexual acts. So if you want to convince me that Michael Jackson had 84 hetero magazines, 1700 hetero images on just one of his computers in his room dating back to 1998 but what he secretly masturbated to was ONE art text book then you’ve got an incredibly biased POV and maybe you need to sit yourself down and ask yourself why that is.
And also the Jimmy Spencer picture – I take note that you fail to mention the judge didn’t allow testimony from Jimmy and Safechuck who said that nothing ever happened.

So why do you claim he had a “predominantly male orientation”?
Like “rockforeveron” said you have to realize the document you quote on this is a PROSECUTION document. They were not an unbiased party, they were out to make Michael look like a perv and gay. And to do so they deliberately twisted and exaggerated things. I will give you an example:
On page 21-22 of that prosectution document it describes photos where Michael Jackson was photographed with three young males in “provicative poses” and states that it could be used as part of a “grooming process”.
When I first read that document and got to this part I thought: “oh, this looks really bad, it looks like some gay porn and it also says Michael was with these three young males “in provocative poses” in the photo”. Well, from reading the description you get the impression it’s some homoerotic stuff that Michael did with three young men! But then I got to the part from which I realized what it really was: it was a (well-known) photoshoot series with Michael and his nephews 3T for the video “Why”. But the way the Sheriff’s department described them looked like it was gay erotica…..
So, although I obviosuly don’t know what all the material found in Neverland actually contains, but of what I know, I found the sheriffs often exaggearted their description to make it appear like sexual when it wasn’t. Becasue of this I have my reservations about the way the Shereiff’s department describes things in this document.

I have also read other journalists seemingly surprised by the fact that by his porn Michael seemed heterosexual. So if “Porn Week” left the impression of a heterosexual man on observers then I wonder how can you claim that what they found was “predominantly male orientation”? If he had predominantly male orientation, I guess the prosecution would have been more than eager to show that on court. Instead they showed a lot of Playboys, Hustlers and other hetero porn and girlie magazines. So where were the gay magazines if he was gay?
Michael was curious about everything, so I wouldn’t be very surprised to find out he wanted to learn about homosexuality as well. Not because he was gay, but because he was curious, hence the odd book with this theme – but it wasn’t at all representative of his collection.

One thing I don´t understand about The Smoking gun site is that they use ´media trash´ and unresearched data. The first thing on their site is an arrest photograph – what instantly puzzles me about this is the fact that Michael seems to have lost so much weight in approximately seven days!! If you take a look at his One more chance video photos which he started filming on 19th November, he is quite healthy with his weight and his face is certainly well rounded. There seems to be more like months of stress and worry involved to produce the photograph on his so called arrest file. When I first came to your site I was amazed at how thorough your research of Michael’s Vitilgo disorder was. My Dad called that one, decades ago before Michael even went public on it (ie noticable change in complexion from the Thriller album cover to the Bad album cover). The thing that gets me is that the press kinda made a lot about Michael criticizing Janet’s weight (per the Shmuley tapes), but you have to wonder whether it was less about Mike having a problem with big women than Mike having a problem with women who whine about being fat when they are not necessarily near being fat just to get incessant reassurance. Women pulling that trick gets very old quick and somehow, I can see Janet whining about it and not doing anything about it until she absolutely had to. But enough about her.
I absolutely think that he was very choosy about who he loved/sexed. It was evident that he gravitated towards women ‘who had their own’ whether it was money (LMP), career, an independent spirit, etc. Plus, if he made a go with it with any of the types outside of HW’s expectations, she had to have had a great head on her shoulders and confidence. Plus, you could say that Michael’s experience with dealing with scrutiny that was completely out of line is likely the reason why he protected his ‘friends’ privacy so strongly.
And I have to say, the continued silence of these women is a true mark of their character. Tiger Woods’ jump offs could learn a lesson. Hell… Tiger Woods and all of the douchebags caught out there really should learn something from MJ.
I think this is a wonderful site and I really look forward to reading the hints and clues that come to light and then researching about people I have never heard of before. I am so thrilled that Michael was able to have some fun and some loving in his life because he gave so much to all to us in so many ways.

Hi everyone I am from the Bahamas and new to this. I have always had a love for Michael Jackson’s music. Not only was he a genius but I truly believe he was a gift to us from God. Alanna, EVERYONE does NOT watch porn — especially at age 14! It is NOT NICE. Porn is HARMFUL in more ways than one. Since MJ could imagine himself in a fantasy world with his private porn girls, it enabled him to selfishly not feel the NEED to develop any strong, lasting, intimate relationships with real-life girlfriends or wives. In Michael’s case I think porn wasn’t the reason why he wasn’t able to develop strong, lasting relationships with women. It was his fame and because everybody seemed to betray him in one way or another. Under those circumstances it’s very difficult to find somebody you can really trust. I wish Michael would have found that and I bet he too wished that. I think he was more into deep emotions than just being satisfied with watching porn. But since he couldn’t find that ONE woman he needed to turn to porn, I guess. I don’t think his love of porn was the reason of his loneliness, it was more the result of it.
On the other hand it’s also true that most men do watch porn, whether they admit or not. I have read an article the other day that some American University wanted to do a study on how porn influences men’s sex life. And they needed a control group of men in their early 20s who have never watched porn yet. They didn’t find anybody, so the project was called off. LOL.
Well the only problem with the “fame” excuse is that OTHER people are famous too and yet they somehow manage to get out of the house and date and fall in love and get married sometimes as was true of Michael with Lisa Marie and perhaps Michael and Shana Mangatal and Michael and Brooke, Diana Ross, Tatum, etc., etc. Even he and Princess Diana managed to enjoy a flirtatious fon fling!
And actually I DO think he could foster strong lasting relationships with a woman, but she’d have to be very SPECIAL woman who was immensely patient and loving and forgiving with him — not like Lisa Marie who blasted off on him too much and tried to boss him around. I think it might have been Liz Taylor if not for the age difference. SHE knew how to handle him, I think, and get him to respond positively to her always because she had the experience needed.
Yes, I think his porn habit was due to his loneliness, but it’s still a BAD habit and with HELP perhaps he could have broken his addiction to it too. Just think, the strong desire to father children and also to squell the pedophile allegations is what HELPED him decide to take on a wife and have his OWN kids. If Lisa Marie had been more “normal” too, perhaps this union would have forever ENDED his loneliness — but see, he had to be FORCED to look for a lifelong companion. He had to be FORCED to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Michael was naturally shy and he just needed HELP to break out of his solitary mold.
If he had remained a Jehovah’s Witness he would not have been watching porn or he would have been highly advised and helped to stop it. Not ALL men are immersed in it. And even those who are, may not be to the same extent Michael appeared to be. I doubt that Shmuley Boteach is a porn addict!
That study was done at a university full of hot-blooded young men. This was just ONE study. And even the men who watch porn don’t usually do it to REPLACE relationships with women, do they? If they do, that’s when it has become a sick and pitiful obsession. If Michael had stopped gratifying himself so much, perhaps he would have opened up more and allowed a woman into his heart, mind, soul, and bedroom to satisfy his natural manly needs and desires.
I am so glad the porn collection showed he wad a REAL macho man; but to know that he didn’t, or felt he couldn’t, share his lust with a woman was just not good for him, and I feel sorry for him because he COULD have, if he had just continued to search for his soulmate. The world was his oyster! There were so many many many women ready, willing, and able to please Michael’s every sexual desire and yet he took very, very little advantage of the opportunity to do so. Also, if you notice, wasn’t it AFTER he had a full sexual marriage with Lisa that he started allowing women on stage to hug and kiss him? He fired Tatiana for doing what later in life, he encouraged! This, to me, meant he was starting to really open up to and thrill to a woman’s touch more. Because of his dysfunctional lifestyle due to extreme fame and emotional abuse as a child and adolescent, he was a really late bloomer, but he was gradually coming out of his shell and if the doctor hadn’t killed him, he probably would have remarried soon and surely had more children and been happier.
Guaranteed all other celebrities, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Paul Newman, etc etc if you were to raid their homes and computers you would find a collection of pornography. The only difference is that MJ’s house was raided so we know the minute details about it, while every other celebrity gets to live out their sex life and buy porn or not buy porn in peace and quiet. It is not a “bad” habit, it is something almost all men do, and people in fact have done for thousands and thousands of years. I don’t believe it’s fair to hold him up to any kind of personal ideal.

Michael could have done that too. Is that really better than porn? I don’t think so. At least with the porn you don’t hurt anybody. Yes, ideally the best would have been if Michael had found a serious, deep love relationship, but I honestly don’t think it was his love of porn why he couldn’t find that or that porn made him unmotivated to look for that type of relationship. I’m pretty sure regardless of porn he was longing for a serious relationship. Maybe later in his life he gave up on that, but I don’t think it had anything to do with porn. I was 10 when Thriller was released and always liked Michael. I can’t say that I was a huge fan of his and was very saddened and confused during the allegations. Well, that particular person seems deluded and confused about sexuality in general. When Neverland was raided in 2003 Michael’s cousins and friends had been staying in his room in his absence, one of his cousins Elijah had even looked up porn on Michael’s computer in his bedroom the night before the raid. This is actual court facts, and not just “prosecution motions.” The DNA was listed as “unidentified” which suggests they knew the source of it – that it was related to Michael. Also, the “semen stains” thing, they even posted where they said “some of the unknown stains could be semen” – they didn’t know for sure. They had extracted MJ’s DNA from his sheets, and semen from the other sheets in the house/someone’s dirty underwear in a bag of dirty laundry, they didn’t specify where all the DNA came from, just that some had come from semen (Michael’s, and the dirty underwear/sheets – which was what the prosecution funnily said they only wanted entered, they didn’t want the mattress in, before they suddenly rescinded on all of it). They never broke down how they found the other DNA, where it came from – hair, saliva, etc. Geragos said they found saliva while going through his things. This was the prosecution’s info, and they were deliberately trying to make a case for why it should be included before it seems they realized it would be evidence that was exculpatory – that it would show MJ was innocent of what they’d claimed, that the defense would be allowed to examine all of this too and would discover these facts, so they were the ones to specifically state they did not wish to use it in the case. Not the defense, as this user is claiming. It’s a deliberate lie and a distortion of the prosecution motions.
Why would the prosecution specifically seek to exclude this supposed damning info? Think about it.
I suspect also that they realized the defense would not only discover the realities about this DNA – gasp, it may even have shown that Prince and Blanket slept there and had genetic markers that would relate them to MJ – thus making them the “unidentified” and not unknown samples, and also proving that they were related to Jackson. Imagine how much the prosecution would have hated that. And also that they realized when the defense tested these things they would have found evidence that women had also been on his bed.
Michael’s bedroom was not locked to everyone, again, this user is deliberately lying. The police had found Michael’s cousins there in his absence, how did they get in? Many people had the code, especially his relatives/friends and employees. I mean, he even had a problem with Frank Cascio entertaining girls in his room in his absence. Jesus Salas testified to that, but seems like this user knows that and doesn’t want others to know that. Why? Ask yourself that.
This evidence just shows MJ’s innocence; if it had been what you claim, the prosecution would have seized it.
That there was dirty laundry in Michael’s house? Again, that was because there were other people there. Dirty sheets and dirty underwear from some of the numerous friends of MJ’s who had been at Neverland in his absence. It wasn’t “kept”, it was in a laundry bag. The arcade unit was a regular place friends of Michael’s crashed in while he was away, this was talked about repeatedly during the trial, so people who slept there would have dirty laundry. Shocking. If there wasn’t much laundry in that area, I’d imagine MJ’s stuff would still be there. They also found in that bag socks and clothing belonging to young kids/girls, namely his own. Scott had offered himself up to the prosecution in 2004, they didn’t seek him out at all. Wonder why. He’s changed his stories numerous times, has an extensive cocaine/crack problem since the 70s, when he sold the story in 2004 he was essentially homeless. He then went on to commit a robbery for drugs and only just been released from prison, he’s now back on drugs and changing his story again. How convenient.
Pfeiffer is a proven liar and fantasist. In May 2009 when he was on vacation with Klein and Klein’s other boyfriend (they went on a vacation together for a month), he kept tweeting about how much he loved Klein, because Klein was the one he was sleeping with, his twitter was JPSnaggs and he made sure to delete all of that when his story got to ET. Klein has admitted it was a lie.
The fact that in 50 years these two are the only supposed big breakthroughs these people could find says it all. I feel sorry for both Pfeiffer/Thorson and for the people who rely on their stories as proof of anything.

Uploaded naked female photos after the allegations? No, the porn on his computers was all viewed from 1998-2003. He didn’t upload any of it himself, just viewed it. They didn’t search his computers after the raid, so why would someone try and say that?

You’re making it seem like he visited porn sites AND then visited Adoption sites at the same time. That’s not the case. MJ visited loads of sites, he had looked up both male and female children adoption. Then at other times he looked up porn.
Of course the teen sex imaging was all legal, they only listed those images in the documents because they were looking for anything remotely linking him to child pornography. They were from websites like Varsityteens etc, which is legal adult heterosexual material. Most porn involves women who are made to seem like college students, etc I think something like 50% of all porn involves that kind of idea. They didn’t list the other porn sites he visited – considering he had porn of women over 40/50, I would be unsurprised if he also visited sites catered to that online too. Or just lesbian sex websites, or whatever. But because that wasn’t what the prosecution was after, they didn’t include it.
